Projects
Warwick Road, Old Trafford
We acquired the land on Warwick Road, Old Trafford, in 2019. After successfully obtaining planning permission for 89 apartments, we sold the site in 2024.
Regent Street, Leeds
In 2020, we sourced an empty plot on Regent Street, Leeds, which had planning permission for 229 apartments. This site was then acquired for RISE Homes Ltd. Subsequently, we led the project to improve build efficiency, successfully delivering a building with 185 apartments for the build-to-rent sector, with completion scheduled for the end of 2024.
Gamecock Pub, Hulme, Manchester
We bought the former Gamecock Pub in Hulme, Manchester, in 2018. After numerous discussions with the planning department, we brought forward a scheme with Curlew Capital and subsequently obtained planning permission for 146 student beds in 2024.
Crossroads Business Centre, Kirkham
In 2015, we purchased a partially built office complex of six units from administration. We completed the construction and sold all the units in 2016
Derby Range, Stockport
In 2005, we purchased an old mill in Heaton Moor, Stockport. By 2006, we had converted it into six luxury apartments.
Canal View, Stalybridge
In 2005, we acquired a site with planning permission for 14 apartments. By 2007, we had completed construction and sold all the units.
Bishopsgate, London
In 2010, a client approached us as a shareholder of a site on Bishopsgate, London, which had planning permission and was partially built for a large office. We advised several shareholders on obtaining amended planning permission for a 150,000 sq ft office building. The site was subsequently sold to AXA in 2015 and completed in 2021.
Alexander House, Farnborough
On behalf of an overseas client, we acquired an empty office in 2015. We secured planning permission to convert it into 14 apartments, oversaw the refurbishment, and subsequently sold the completed units.
Industrials Portfolio
On behalf of investors, we acquired portfolios of commercial properties across the UK, including a significant portfolio from a US Private Equity Fund, in 2016. This portfolio comprised of 13 commercial properties with an initial yield of 18% and a value of £13 million. Over the course of 12 months we regeared to increase the yield to nearly 30% net yield through with tenant negotiations and asset management.
